Instructions: How to use Tekusa cleaner correctly
🛠️ Preparation
🔒 Switch off & secure the machine.
1️⃣ Select the right cleaner
Cone cleaner / cone wiper: For Morse tapers, steep tapers, clamping fixtures.
Cleaner for cylindrical tool holders: For collet chucks, hydraulic chucks.
External cleaner for HSK holders: For the outer surfaces of HSK tool holders.
2️⃣ Application
🔄 Conical holders: insert
conical cleaner, press gently, turn several times – particles & oil residues are picked up.
🔄 Cylindrical holders: insert
cleaner into the hole and also rotate several times. Dirt collects lint-free in the fleece.
🔄 HSK external cleaner: guide
cleaner over the outer cone of the HSK holder, turn with light pressure – for an absolutely clean outer seat.
3️⃣ Control
Check visually: The holder must be free of chips, oil and fibers.

4️⃣ Care of the Tekusa cleaner
💧 Clean as required with our cleaning agent (ask us)
🌬️ Allow the cleaner to dry completely.
