Shaft Storage Systems by TEKUSA – Safe, Space-Saving and Smart

The TEKUSA shaft storage system is specifically designed for the safe, structured and space-efficient storage of cylindrical components such as shafts, spindles or threaded rods. The combination of modular shaft racks and sturdy support frames enables a universal, pallet-based solution for use in workshops, production lines and logistics.


Shaft Racks – Flexible Solutions for All Diameters

Made from high-quality polyethylene (PE), TEKUSA shaft racks are available in three sizes to cover a full diameter range from 0 to 100 mm. They can be easily inserted into the corresponding support frames and hold parts securely in place without vibration or rolling.

Size 1 Shaft Rack

  • For diameters 0 to 25 mm

  • Holds up to 28 shafts per pair

  • Ideal for small shafts and rods

  • Recommended for light to medium-weight components

Size 2 Shaft Rack

  • For diameters 25 to 50 mm

  • Holds up to 14 shafts per pair

  • Suitable for mid-size parts with moderate weight

  • Versatile use in assembly or machining areas

Size 3 Shaft Rack

  • For diameters 50 to 100 mm

  • Holds up to 7 shafts per pair

  • Rugged design for heavy, large-diameter components

  • High load capacity and excellent stability

All shaft racks have a standard comb width of 25 mm and are precision-fitted to the TEKUSA support frames.


Support Frames – The Stable Base for Pallet-Based Storage

The powder-coated steel support frames (in red) serve as the structural foundation for the shaft storage system. Thanks to their double U-profile, even smaller diameters are guided securely, preventing movement during transport or handling.

  • Compatible with full or half EUR pallets

  • Quick placement and replacement of racks

  • Ideal for use in manufacturing, warehousing and shipping

  • Typically two frames per pallet recommended
