Our website serves as an information platform and as a product catalog with an inquiry function (no direct purchase). Personal data is processed for the following purposes in particular:

8. Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (USA) and operated by Google Ireland Ltd (Ireland). The IP address, device data, browser information and interactions are recorded in order to evaluate the use of the site. The IP addresses are stored anonymously.

Data may be transferred to servers in the USA. Google is certified in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For Swiss users, the transfer takes place on the basis of suitable guarantees (standard contractual clauses).

9. Further tools and plugins

Our website uses various extensions and plugins that contribute to the functionality, design and analysis of the site. These include WooCommerce for managing the product catalog and user accounts, as well as Jetpack and Site Kit from Google or performance analysis and integration of Google services (e.g. Analytics, PageSpeed Insights). We use Yoast SEO Pro for search engine optimization. The multilingual presentation of the content is done via WPML Multilingual CMS. For the technical implementation of the web design, we use Elementor Pro, The Plus Addon and the Nexter Theme. Depending on their functionality, these tools can process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser data, in particular for the presentation, security and optimization of the website.

10. Hosting

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). Server log files and technical access data are processed when the site is accessed. There is a contract for order processing in accordance with DSG/DSGVO.

11. Duration of data storage

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose or for as long as there are legal retention obligations. Users can view, edit or delete their data at any time in their user account (with the exception of user names).
